This is a general error from CinemaNow and usually means there has been a disconnect from the CinemaNow server. Most often this happens if your internet connection is interrupted or times out.
If this occurred when playing back a movie (either a rental or purchase), try to start playing it again by doing the following:
-Go to the CinemaNow main menu and select Library.
-Select your movie.
-On the movie page, click Resume Play.
-If the movie does not play or the message occurred when trying to access other pages on the CinemaNow app, there could be a general connection issue with your internet service provider (ISP).
