If customers have an issues with a bad UV (ultraviolet) code, have them find the studio who made the code by locating the copy-write info on the packaging of the dvd or bluray. If they cant find it, or dont have the packaging, have a supervisor help find the studio. Then, you can give them the below studio support contact to get a new code from them.
