How do I reset my password for my CinemaNow account?

-Go to

-click "sign in" in the top right corner and you will be taken to the sign-in page

-click "Need help logging in?"

-After entering your email address associated with your cinemanow account, click "Send".

-You will see a confirmation popup that an email has been sent. If you do not see a confirmation popup, please re-enter your email address and click send again. You will receive an email shortly after you click "send" with your account username and a link to res-set the password. 

-If you do not get this email, please check your junk/spam email folders and filter settings.

-If you get the password reset email, follow the link, reset the password, but still can not log in, please contact our customer support and they can reset the login for you.
